Terms of Service — Learn Turkish

1. Who provides the service

Turkish-language programs on these pages are provided by Multilingual Future LLC (“Multilingual Future”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@multilingualfuture.com.

2. Who may enroll

• Adults: Adults may enroll themselves and are the contracting customer.
• Children: Children's programs, such as Turkish Playhouse, are purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is the contracting customer. Children are not permitted to independently enroll, make purchases or accept contractual terms with Multilingual Future. The parent or guardian provides or authorizes the information reasonably necessary for us to deliver the child's educational program.

3. What we provide

Multilingual Future provides live online language instruction and related educational services: scheduled lessons with an instructor, learning materials, placement assessment where offered, consultations and program communication.

The program page and the enrollment details confirmed at checkout govern the specifics of what you purchased, including program length, meeting frequency, session duration, group size, delivery format, included consultations, any preview or trial structure, and the payment structure. Nothing in these general terms overrides those program-specific details.

4. Pricing and currency

Learn Turkish program prices are displayed in US dollars. The amount presented on the checkout page at the moment of purchase is the controlling amount for that purchase.

Taxes, if any, are determined by applicable law and your location, and are shown at checkout where they apply. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion or foreign-transaction charges, which are outside our control.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Enrollment is complete once payment or the first scheduled payment of an approved payment plan is successfully processed.

• Pay in full: A single charge for the whole program.
• 2-Payment Plan (where offered): Choosing this plan authorizes exactly two scheduled charges to the same card: the first at checkout and the second approximately one month later. This is a fixed two-payment arrangement for one program, not an open-ended subscription.

Pausing, rescheduling or missing lessons does not automatically change or postpone a scheduled payment date. This applies to Turkish Playhouse in particular: if lessons are paused, the second scheduled payment still follows its original date unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Promotion codes, where active, may be applied to pay-in-full purchases only. They are not available with payment plans.

6. Scheduling and time zones

Class days and times are shown on the program or cohort interface at the time of enrollment. Because our learners are international, you are responsible for converting the published time to your own local time zone and for accounting for daylight-saving changes in your location.

Group programs run on a published cohort schedule. Private and semi-private programs are scheduled with the instructor according to that program's arrangements.

7. Attendance, missed sessions and rescheduling

Please attend the sessions of the program you enrolled in. For group programs, sessions run on the published schedule for the whole cohort and are not repeated individually for absent learners.

Where a specific program page states a rescheduling or notice arrangement for private or semi-private instruction, that stated arrangement applies. Where no such rule is published for your program, contact us and we will handle the request case by case; no makeup entitlement is implied.

8. Instructor, schedule and program changes

We may need to make reasonable operational changes: substituting a qualified instructor, adjusting a session time, moving a session, combining cohorts of the same level, or cancelling a cohort that cannot run.

We will tell you as soon as reasonably possible. Where a change means we cannot deliver what you purchased, your remedy is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Educational outcomes

Language progress depends on attendance, practice between sessions, prior experience and individual circumstances. We deliver the instruction described in your program; we cannot and do not guarantee a specific level, score, certification or outcome.

10. Materials and intellectual property

Curriculum, lesson materials, assessments and other resources created by Multilingual Future are provided for the enrolled learner's personal educational use during and in connection with their program.

You may not copy for distribution, resell, publish, record, share outside your household, or use for commercial or instructional purposes any Multilingual Future materials without our written permission. Materials created by third parties remain the property of their owners and are used under their own terms.

Access to materials and third-party platforms is provided for the duration of your program and reasonable related access. We do not promise permanent or lifetime access.

11. Conduct in live classes

Live classes are shared learning spaces. We ask learners to be punctual, respectful of classmates and instructors, and constructive in participation. We may remove a participant from a session, or end an enrollment, in cases of harassment, abusive behaviour or repeated disruption.

12. Technology requirements

You are responsible for a reasonable internet connection, a device with working audio, and, where the program uses them, access to the online platforms we use for teaching. Where currently used, these include Google Meet for live sessions, and Google Classroom or Mural for materials and collaborative activities depending on the program. Not every program uses every platform.

13. Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers to deliver and operate the service, including payment processing, class delivery platforms, email delivery, hosting, database and storage. The current list is set out in the Privacy Policy.

14. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Learn Turkish Privacy Policy, the Children's Privacy Notice for child programs, and the Cookie Policy.

15. Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation and refund arrangements are set out in the Learn Turkish Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

16. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection law that applies to you.

17. Governing terms and disputes

Multilingual Future LLC is a Wisconsin limited liability company and is the contracting party. These terms and your relationship with Multilingual Future LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

If you are entitled to mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country or place of residence, nothing in these terms is intended to limit those rights.

We ask you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. Subject to any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Wisconsin, United States.
