Children's Privacy Notice — Learn Turkish

1. The parent or guardian is our customer

For child programs, the contract is with the parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian makes the enrollment, accepts the terms, makes the payment and is our point of contact. We do not ask a child to agree to terms or privacy notices.

2. What we collect about the child

• First name and age: To confirm the program is age-appropriate (ages 4–9) and to address the child in class.
• Learning information: The instructor's notes on progress, interests and what to work on next, so lessons can be personalized.
• Group reference (semi-private only): Where a family arranges a small group, a reference so we can keep the group together.

We ask for the minimum needed to teach the child. We do not create a public profile for a child, and we do not use a child's information for advertising.

3. What we collect about the parent or guardian

Name, email address, optional phone number, payment information handled by Stripe, and the enrollment answers given at checkout.

4. Recordings, photos and video

We do not record children's classes, and we do not collect photographs or video of child learners. We do not use a child's name, image or work in marketing or testimonials.

If we ever introduce anything of that kind, it would be optional and would require separate, specific parent permission — never bundled into the terms or into enrollment.

5. Who information is shared with

The child's instructor and the staff supporting the program. Beyond that, only the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy that are needed to run the class and the enrollment — for example the live-class platform, our database and storage provider, our email provider and Stripe for payment.

6. How long we keep it

Child instructional information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the program, and for up to 2 years after the child's last participation, so a returning family does not have to start from nothing. Enrollment records are kept for up to 3 years after the learner's last participation, and payment, tax and accounting records for up to 7 years after the transaction, or longer where legally required.

You can ask us to delete your child's information sooner where that right is available to you.

7. Parent and guardian rights

You can ask us what we hold about your child, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@multilingualfuture.com from the address used at enrollment. Deleting information needed to deliver lessons may mean the enrollment cannot continue.

8. How our children's programs are structured

Our children's programs are purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Children are not permitted to independently enroll, make purchases, or accept contractual terms with Multilingual Future. Parents or guardians provide or authorize the information reasonably necessary for us to deliver the child's educational program.

We keep child data to the minimum needed to teach the child, keep the parent or guardian as the contracting and consenting party, do not use child data for advertising, and do not record children's classes.
